The Flame Broiler app is the worst. Every time I order food at the counter, I have to give my phone number to earn points. It’s extremely risky to share my personal information when I don’t even know who’s standing behind me. On top of that, depending on who’s taking the order, they often don’t enter my phone number correctly, so I frequently miss out on earning the reward points. In the age of AI, I still have to give out my phone number just to collect reward points? LOL, seriously?
Very impressed by the cashier's extra actions and efforts on my behalf, she went out of the way to bring the food out to me!
