Everything is good except the customer service, and olld asian lady so rude and grumpy, makes my hunger go away, they need to get the right person in the cashier
From the moment I walked into the store, the elderly Asian lady gave me bad vibes and kept giving me dirty looks. I ignore this and continue to order because maybe she is having a bad day. After my food is ready, I grab sauce and napkins, and she says, "Oh my God," and rolls her eyes. This lady did this throughout the ordering process and makes this local flame broiler feel unwelcoming with her horrible attitude and snarky remarks.
If I get a to-go order, there should be a fork IN the bag when it's handed to me...
This location is a bit dumpy. Bunch of scratches on the wall and in serious need of some upkeep
Came to eat and they were not open yet even though it said open on sundays at 11 am. The person inside opened the door just a crack trying not to let us in. It was 11:10 am. I thought business hours were "open at 11 am"
