Well, I've been coming here for a while, and always ignored the attitude from the workers Never been rude, never been loud. I don't give attitude, and I keep to myself regardless of the service I receive. I don't expect service with a smile, I know how bad customers can get. But from closing up early, to burning food, turning away customers who arrive at a reasonable time, and generally just being all out rude to even nice customers. I’m get to the restaurant at 10 when it’s suppose to open. I see the employee making the food. She sees me but the door is lock and she doesn’t come to the door to open it. I waited 15 minutes in my car. She still didn’t open the door. Apparently the time on the window is only a suggestion.
The kids working here today are a disgrace to the operation and brand. I know other stores that serve great food. Today these kids served me and my wife chicken that appeared to be cooked and left over was from the day prior. The grill in the back wasn't even on. There were no vegetables. I asked them to cook some fresh chicken for us and they said "it would take another 15 minutes" and didn't t care at all about the quality of food or the environment. If I could give zero starts I would. Every time I attempt to make a phone order, you would think I was trying to reach the White House, except they’d probably answer eventually. You can’t even place an online order either, good luck getting through to them.
I visited this place on a Monday evening at 7:30 PM and the listed closing time is 8 PM. When I arrived, they had no vegetables so I decided I would to go to an alternate location. Upon calling that location they were out of white rice, so I decided to go back inside this location. When I got to the door they had locked the doors at 7:35.
