Unprofessional and unorganized business. I had to chase them down for everything related to my rental property to the point that I finally asked myself WHY AM I PAYING THEM?? It’s been over 4 months since I stopped working with them and I still have not received my tenant’s deposits and other fees. When I try to follow up I get no response from Melvin or his staff. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! If Melvin can do 1099 frauds for his agents. He will not hesitate to scam you. Because he inflated my income when he was in financial trouble now IRS want me to pay almost $10K for an income I never made. Melvin is the real devil in person. Work with him at your own risks.
