The rope on my 25 foot pole snapped and I called The Flag Shop after getting insanely high estimates to get someone to replace the rope and go up to run it through the reel. Amy took my call and answered all of my questions in great detail and thoroughly explained my options regarding the repair and possibly adding a light to the top of the pole instead of using the existing light at the bottom.
