I went to the Fizz today and requested my food be made before lunch hours started. The staff kindly approved and made my food hot and fresh! Not only did they deliver my food and drinks with a smile on their faces but the food was nice and crispy proving that the fryers were clean! 10/10 would recommend. Good food and friendly staff!
I went through the drive thru with my wife on her lunch break today for the 2nd time. The girl working needs a class on customer service. It wouldn't be worth making a review but this same girl was rude the first time and after commenting that. My wife said she is always rude the 2-3 times a week she goes and makes her not want to anymore. Paris is just lacking options. If i were management I'd pay attention and maybe correct it.

The chef Ken bacon ranch waffle fries are to die for! The pretzel is also one of my favs. So happy to have them in our town. Thank you!
