For a company that stated product was in stock and they’d contact me so I could get it ASAP — well I’ve done all the contacting. And have received Lacadasical customer service responses, if you can call it that. Maybe in~store better but online ordering and service is sub par; don’t waste time, money, frustrations on this one (sadly). Now they’re back tracking stating they left a message but there are no voice messages on my phone. See they take NO responsibility. Excellent customer service! Placed an order online and got a phone call checking if the casters I ordered were for the racks I ordered because they were not compatible. Appreciate the time Allison took to contact me and order the correct casters for what I needed! You don’t get this customer service/care from larger fixture suppliers you get this from wonderful family owned businesses! You’re definitely my new go to for fixtures for my retail business!
