I've never been made to feel less welcome in a place of business before. I came in with a few questions about a bathtub, and the sales lady's tone and demeanor was icy and almost standoffish. The gest of the conversation was that they didn't really stock what I was looking for, which would have been fine, had there been some effort on her part to guide me towards a solution. I was completely impressed with everything about this business. The showroom is beautiful and houses tons of choices for faucets and fixtures, a few sinks for both bath and kitchen. The reason I'm writing this review is because of Linda, one of the most competent, patient, efficient, knowledgeable employees I've run into in a very long time. I can’t even rate this place. There customer service is next to none in the worst way. Linda Harris-Rogers is very rude and unhelpful. She was very irritable and clearly did not want our business. I hope the manager sees this and addresses her lack of customer service skills. Felt very very unwelcome.
