Russ helped me over the phone with a problem I had with tile in my shower that was casued by another company. the problem actually turned out better than I thought. He responded to my texts, calls and gave me advice that was reassuring.

We highly recommend Russ and his crew! He is excellent at communicating, answers calls and text messages. He's honest , friendly, trustworthy and always on time. I changed my mind several times on the project that I wanted done and the materials used. He stayed very flexible with my changes. He worked with me and did absolutely beautiful work!
