i came in to get the glass screen on my ipad replaced for $150 about a month ago, the employee broke my home button in the process but said he fixed it and replaced it for no extra charge. since then, the home button he installed has slid out of place and no longer works. before this it had never had any problems. i can barely use my ipad now due to this. very unsatisfied.
