Good place. My partner went in when she cracked her phone and not only did they offer her a cheaper price to fix it than the place downstairs, they said she should go to Apple since she has AppleCare before talking to them. It would have been pretty easy for them to just tell her they’d fix it or anything, especially when she was in distress. Customer services is good and Ashley was amazing she is also very helpful
They advertise fast repairs, but I ended up waiting almost three hours for a simple screen replacement. No updates, no apology.
Chargers and cases are way overpriced. I bought a charger for $30, and it stopped working within a week. Total waste of money.
The employees here were completely unprofessional. When I asked a question about repair options, they rolled their eyes and acted like I was annoying them.
