I usually don't write this much of a critical review, but I am extremely disappointed in "The Fix." Nearly a month ago, I was promised that my iPad would either be diagnosed and fixed or returned. The employee/store manager explicitly stated he would have it done in a single day—fixed or not—and that I would get an update. The next day came and went with no call. They did excellent work for my apple phone case.
I needed my charging port and camera lens replaced, and Prince had the work done in binder an hour. Definitely check out this place if you need your phone repaired!
