Edward was very helpful. My mother’s phone was run over by a car and smashed. I opted for a screen replacement to see if we could get the phone working again to at least do a backup of the phone. He connected a new screen and battery and diagnosed the motherboard was damaged and gave options to repair. I will just call it a day and trade it in for a upgrade and she will have to deal with the loss of photos, data, etc and will now have a cloud backup going on all future phones.
