It’s a nightmare. Very much disappointed. I wish I have never given my laptop to this. They just ruined my laptop with no explanation. Never again I will try. Instated of fixing my laptop which was Turing on, they made it trash.
Cheapest option around but poor service and b grade quality replacements. Also rude customer services. You can’t have an attitude with customer inquiring on a technical service. All I asked was if the battery would be apple certified or alternative and he then got an attitude and mention how apple doesn’t fix batteries when that isn’t true. I never even mention apple nor sought them as a option. I only even ask what kind of battery because the last fix I got here the battery gave out after 2 months.
