Great atmosphere and friendly trainers! The classes are fun and keep me motivated. I always leave feeling accomplished; definitely a solid spot to get your sweat on.
The supportive, knowledgeable environment at the Fix has honestly completely changed my perspective on working out. Connor has been so kind and encouraging, helping me learn how to do things I had no idea I could. He's so great about answering all of the questions I have about how stuff works or why we do things a certain way. Thanks to him and the studio, I've gained so much confidence in my abilities and my body!
I cannot recommend The Fix enough! I’ve been training here for over a couple of months now, and the experience has been wonderful. If you are looking to join, you absolutely have to work with Mitchell Faure, he is incredible and truly knows his stuff. What sets Mitchell apart is his deep knowledge across the board.
