This review is long overdue because Hanna is absolutely wonderful. I've been seeing Hanna at Fix Hair Lounge for about a year now, and every appointment has been a fantastic experience. First, the salon itself is beautiful. It's in a great location with plenty of parking, and the space is so bright and inviting thanks to the large windows along both the front and side of the building. I absolutely loved my experience here! I found my new favourite and only hairstylist! It has never been easy for me to trust anyone with my curly hair, and when I spoke to Payton on our first meet I immediately knew I was exactly where I needed to be! I had never been this excited for a haircut! She had exceeded my expectation! Girlll I’m going to be your permanent client that’s for sure!
It’s easy to do a good job when everything goes right. What’s hard is doing a a great job when everything doesn’t go as planned. My stylist Payton took on the challenge of getting me blond with multiple different dyes and colours in my hair. Even with my time constraints in our first session and when we didn’t get the results we were looking for initially.
