I love The Fix!!! We are new to the area and I always pass by the office when I drop my son off at school. They accept insurance which is great! Shalon works at the front desk and is so incredibly kind. Her customer service is top tier and it is so nice to see her smiling face every time you walk in! Went for injury on lower back. Mild attention toward that area with no home exercise given. Then Dr went up to my neck for stretch but worked in a fast adjustment., it got a little rough on the left side being adjusted. It should almost be like natural, but it was forced and this gave me a strained Neck a lot of pain and rehab. The Dr. was nice enough to give me an order for x-rays, but never contacted me afterwards to see if I was OK.
