I thought it would be a simple fix, but it took most of the morning to troubleshoot and repair a bad thermostat wire that had shorted out. The technician walked me through each step and even showed me how to identify similar problems in the future.
The problem was a bad capacitor and the guy changed it in less than an hour detailing every step as he went along. Much better than past experiences with other businesses who were not able to pinpoint similar problems.
