I’ve been training here for the last 6months, love the vibe and the changes/new equipment the new owner has brought in! My second home
I really enjoy this gym. Heaps of equipment, which is being updated. Shehan is always super helpful anytime I have questions on technique or using the equipment.
Awesome equipment, fantastic staff, toasty sauna. Couldn’t ask for anything else… except maybe a killer physique but that’s coming.
Personally, this is my favourite gym of all I have been to. Nowhere else will you find a pendulum squat, hack squat, calisthenics rings and a great sauna in one place while being so cheap Noteworthy: there are only stairs into the gym for anyone requiring ramps etc, unfortunately it’s not easily accessible
