I have lived at the Fitzroy since they opened in 2021. I have 3 complaints. There is not enough parking for everyone, the trash outside the dumpster is disgusting and hideous. My biggest issue is the pool/ pool deck not being opened. We were told the pool was year-round when we moved in and every year it changes. The weather is warm there is no reason we should not be able to lay out on the deck we pay a community fee and are punished for what others do. Ellie was very helpful in helping us to get into our new home. She was very polite.
Ellie took me on a tour today and she was so friendly! I was on a time crunch and didn’t have an appt and she was kind enough to squeeze me in. She was very knowledgeable and gave me all of the information I needed. Thank you Ellie!
The nasty people living in apartment, 1206 are constantly noisy. I always hear a cat crying and meowing. Strange men in and out all hours of the night. I feel very unsafe living next to them.
