Love the office ladies! They do such a good job, and Héctor does a good job at getting on top of maintenance. However, when I moved in, the apartment had scratches and cracks on the door frame, screws In the wall, and my internet box was destroyed, so whoever is responsible of turning units did not do a good job.
I have lived at the Fitzroy since they opened in 2021. I have 3 complaints. There is not enough parking for everyone, the trash outside the dumpster is disgusting and hideous. My biggest issue is the pool/ pool deck not being opened. We were told the pool was year-round when we moved in and every year it changes. The weather is warm there is no reason we should not be able to lay out on the deck we pay a community fee and are punished for what others do.
