I will never again by proform equipment. I purchased a treadmill, rower, bench and bicycle. Within a few months the rower and treadmill started to not function. Getting through to customer service is a nightmare and once you get through you speak to someone who barely understands you and has no knowledge of the equipment. And they refuse to transfer you to a supervisor. Wasted to many hours trying to get my issue resolved, which never happened. DON’T BUY ANYTHING PROFORM!!!
Excellent company. I have worked with them for years and always am impressed how smooth they operate. Equipment is always better than expected! I highly recommend!
I needed a bench press at the last minute and Ivan really came through. He sent me lots of photos and arranged for a speedy pick up. The bench press was terrific. Thank you Ivan!!
