Good gym but it’s just too expensive and the prices and additional fees keep growing each year.
I recently has an issue with the fitness loft, and reached out to them to find a solution. I was taken seriously and my issue was resolved. Great customer service.
I was frustrated with my experience. When I signed up, I saw a notification that the gym was getting new cardio equipment, but there was no clear indication that the entire cardio section would be closed. Had I known that, I would have planned my visit differently. What made the situation much worse was how it was handled when I brought it to the attention of the front desk.
