I hit this gym twice as a guest while in town for a convention. I was very impressed. It seems to have at least 4 different rooms, offering different vibes and equipment. I was most impressed with the upstairs, offering a perfect setup for Hyrox training.
Very clean, lots of equipment. One of the trainers, Ron, is an absolute gem. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things fitness related and is always happy to help, even if you’re not doing training specifically with him. His enthusiasm for health and wellness is infectious, and the classes he leads are both challenging and fun.
After a hiatus of about 7 years, I realized I was losing strength and stamina. Decided to go to The Fitness Loft and was fortunate to show up on a day when Ron Smith was at the trainers' station. He agreed to take me on — although he acknowledged that a guy in his mid-70s did not fit the profile of his usual clients. I joined fitness loft this summer and love this place. I train with Mike and he has helped me tremendously to regain my balance and improve my overall fitness
