Just walked in. Nobody in the front desk. That just says the type of place this is. The “community” of people just minding their business. 👌🏻 —- No. I didn’t mix the facility and I actually walked in. People were working out and no coach or anyone was even kind enough to say hi. I guess because I just got off from work and I my appearance was not worth the hassle.

I was lucky enough to get to work with Casey last year for almost 4 months of personal training. I learned so much from her and was so pleased with my results. She truly made it feel easy as I never felt like I had to torture myself to reach my goals. I think the experience helped me to better understand that meaningful change takes time - but that it certainly is possible. She’s also the sweetest! I would recommend her to anyone ☺️

I've had such incredible experience at this gym! Bailey and his team are such amazing trainers – knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely committed to helping you succeed. Unique spin class in the middle of the gym but nevertheless it was a great work out and loved the instructworkout
