I'm so thrilled that Matt has returned! He's truly an outstanding coach and a fantastic motivator. We're incredibly fortunate to have him guiding us as our trainer.
I really loved the Strong and Mobile class today with Nick. It checked all the boxes for me, mobility at the beginning and the end, and strength and cardio in the middle. So I felt energized after the class. I have tried S&M at different location but I liked the design of today's class way more. Also I liked that it's right after my work day which is a good end of my day before I can relax 😊 I hope this class is offered a bit more than just twice a week.
The Fitness Lab Leitrim is absolutely amazing. You are greeted with the biggest of smiles walking in the door. The facility is clean and modern. But the best are the classes and instructors. They all get to know your name, and that's a lot of names. The workout are always changing up, you walk in for an hour, check your brain at the door, and they guide you through some great workouts. Matt is a phenomenal trainer! He makes sure everyone is doing their workout correctly, and pushes you to your limit!
