Been going 3 years. 24 hours, friendly staff, every machine you could want, great vibes, top notch snacks. Place has everything you need!
Best gym in CLT, and one of my favs in the country! Such a laid back atmosphere and the owners are SO so nice!!!!
Have been going for 5 months now on a frequent basis (4+ times a week excluding vacations) and this is a 24/7, fully stacked, straightforward gym. It has no locker room, which is the only star I would take away, but I believe most folks come with their clothes ready and go home afterwards from my experience. Great place with friendly staff and clean, professional equipment. I purchased a day pass and had a phenomenal workout. Thanks to Tate for giving me a tour and making me feel at home!
If you are looking for amazing old school and new equipment this is the gym for you. HUGE facility with a ton of equipment. I will definitely be coming back to do legs!!
