Best Gym by far in New England!
I have been a member at different fitness clubs over the years and my favorite fitness center is The Fitness Factory. I love the system Jon Tobey has implemented. He offers intense workouts specifically targeting muscle groups while combining cardio and strength training. It is very effective and I have seen great results. Recommend the Fitness Factory for all ages and fitness levels! Great 30 &45 minute class options that are focused on learning form and proper technique. Extremely helpful for strength and stability. Amazing personal training that is accommodating to busy schedules.

Great trainers, a true “no judgement” zone and a great way to get a high intensity workout out of the way in leas than 45 minutes! The.classes are always less than 8 people and the 30-45 minutes flies by.
