As an oldie of 77, who did not grow up using gyms, as there were none ( we walked everywhere) I honestly thought I would never hear myself say I love the gym. No one cares about your age, what you wear, and no one bothers you. Everyone does their own thing. I did try a gym at Gladesville, but as a retired, and widowed woman, it was way beyond my means. One of the receptionists, Man is such an exceptional employee! His soft and gentle voice, and his calm demeanour fills me with such peacefulness and confidence throughout my workouts! If anyone were to be promoted to gym manager, it would be him!
Double sign in at this gym feels a bit over the top - not for me.
