I had a very nice phone call apology from the owner Ken yesterday about my concerns and he completely understood and supported my feelings. He took note what needs to be done for improvements. Not every owner of a business would be willing to take the time out and make a personal call to apologize for a misunderstanding. Thanks Ken!!!!
After coming to this establishment for 3years the gym is out dated with cracks and tears on the equipment. Bathrooms are not up to standard with needing toilet paper. Front staff is so so. You barely get a welcome in or eye contact. The owner Ken approached me with finding I had a very important phone call regarding my brothers passing and he charged at me telling me I could not use a cell phone in his gym for personal calls and said take it outside. Wore out gym. The machines are tore up. The front desk person was not very informative while I was there to get the gym out
Review updated 6/15/2026 - Thank you to the owner for addressing my concerns and taking action very quickly. I was at the gym today and the changing rooms are significantly cleaner, so I appreciate being heard. This makes a big difference in my (and I hope other's) enjoyment of the gym. I'd love to give the gym five stars but I can't. The gym itself is good with plenty of equipment. It's also usually not busy, which means I can use the equipment I want.
