My wife and I find everything we need here from an expansive cardio machine offering to multiple circuit machine lines to all the free weights we could want. Convenient location, right off 104 and plenty of parking (that's always plowed!)
I’ve been going to this gym for 50 years with by the way has been owned by the same person, Todd Levine Starting with Great Lakes Gym, then Golds Gym and now The Fitness Company. Always improved equipment, always keeping it clean, always great with his members!!!!!!
