Best gym in Webster hands down! Incredible staff that are ready to answer your questions and welcome you with a smile when you walk into the door they have a wide variety of equipment such as free weights, cardio equipment that is always in good working condition, field, and classes the environment of the gym is very clean and safe overall I am very happy with all my experiences here at The Fitness Company well done!
Love this gym, love all the staff. Great people that are genuine and care about their members. Leyla Ozay posted an anonymous review on me before I left being an associate that was inaccurate and unpleasant. She was projecting her poor actions towards me and wanted to make me seem like I am the issue. I can assure you I am respectful and kind to everyone there. Thank you and if you’re reading this I hope you understand that some staff do not deserve a position or the access to workout at this gym.
I was there for a day pass last week. The employee Ava, couldn’t properly help me out and when I asked a simple question she got aggressive. I will not be returning while Ava is working but the other employees are great.
Great gym to get in and get a good lift. Very spacious. I've never waited for a squat rack, deadlift bar, press bench, or free weight bench. It is Well stocked with machines, has great calisthenic and conditioning options, and large rooms for A very non corporate atmosphere and the staff is very laid-back and helpful. There are plenty of classes if interested and the pricing is extremely fair.
