The gym for gym people, by gym people. If you’re tired of overcrowded gyms, this is the place for you. Kim and her team are super encouraging and supportive. While many gyms say they create community, the HDG Fitness Center truly does.
This gym is truly a gem in the community. The owner genuinely cares about her members and creates an environment that’s empowering, inclusive, and judgment-free. The lunch and evening classes are perfect if you want a trainer-led workout that welcomes all abilities. If you’re looking for a local gym where you’ll feel welcomed from the beginning, this is absolutely the place to be. I've been a member for over 5 years now and genuinely am happier every time I step into The Fitness Center of Havre de Grace.
This gym has the most incredible environment!!! The owner Kim peters is the best person on earth! I wouldn’t be where I am today without her! Also her gym is dog friendly and what is better motivation than a dog.
