I transitioned from physical therapy to the Silver Sneakers program in the Fitness Center. I can't say enough good things about all the Centers' employees and the program itself. The instructor, Paula, has the patience of a saint and the ability to get the class moving at our multiple ability levels. The classes have gone to 5 days a week due to the popularity of the three levels offered.
Dr Eric is awesome they are really helping me not to have to go through surgery
