I can’t recommend The Fitness Boutique enough! As someone who has been a lifetime exerciser who took an unexpected break for a couple of years, I have LOVED getting back into a regular workout rhythm with a group of women who are striving for good health! All of us at different levels, yet working out together and supporting each other! I feel stronger than ever! Come join us!
I love this place! My name is Sarah and I'm the owner of The Fitness Boutique! What started as a Saturday workout in my garage with 2 ladies has grown to an actual studio here in Speedway, which is where I grew up! I would love for you to come join us for your first class, first one is always on me :)
I’ve had chronic illness most of my life and working out has never felt achievable or sustainable due to this. Until I found Stronger with Sarah! Sarah is encouraging and adaptive. She helps with modifications and really encourages you to listen to your body. It’s all about doing what you can! I feel healthier and stronger than ever thanks to this group!
If you want a great workout, great supportive people, and knowledgeable trainers come join us! Best decision I ever made!
