Stopped in when I saw the big Fitness Bar sign! Very cool place for healthy food, smoothies and juice during the day. The workout area is 24/7 with a code to get in after hours. Met Natalie who owns the place (sweet) and she runs a friendly, clean, tight ship! Great addition for Parry Sound :o)

BEST SHAKES EVER !!! And you have to try the protein balls- literally the best I have ever had in my life.
Came here for the Parry Sound amazing race, very polite staff, I bought a drink for the race, wasn't my taste but it always seems to be a busy place!
