Update: 7 weeks in and my hip thrusts are at 315lbs! 5 stars well deserved! I just completed my 21 day program. I followed all Coach Fitman’s direction. Down 8lbs on my weight AND went from 155lb hip thrusters to 225lbs! In just 3 weeks!!!!! I’ve worked with a couple trainers in the past, but coach Fitman includes ALL the elements of good physical fitness and health. I originally came to Eric to prepare for a bodybuilding competition and the advice and guidance he gave me completely transformed my physique. I've been working with him for about 6 weeks and I've been making more progress now than I've done in the past 5 years.

Eric is a highly skilled and very knowledgeable fitness professional. His customized program is appropriately challenging and fun. I feel safe at Fitman Center with Eric providing ample supervision and cueing to make sure that exercises are done properly. He also gives nutritional advice to best fuel the workouts and achieve recovery afterwards. I have met a lot of wonderful people at Fitman Center, including Shekhinah B., Eric's wonderful wife!
