Great little gem of a gym. Always very clean. Shel-an is very personable and has always made me feel at home there. Love the circuits, which are changed up every class. Also did a Reiki session and walked away a believer.
Very friendly and warm environment! The studio is spacious and clean! And the workouts are amazing! Shel-Ann is a great instructor!
