I just started back at the gym last week. I'm already noticing a difference in my energy level and I feel so much better. The trainers are all amazing. So glad to be back at it.
Whenever I'm back in the area to visit my friends and family, this is where I work out. The Fit Stop is great and just what I need to stay in shape on the go. The staff is great and they have anything you would realistically need, equipment-wise. I've never had to wait to use a piece of equipment. People are friendly and things are clean and in good condition. I always look forward to coming back here and plan on continuing to do so!
Came here for the simulator for a friends birthday, absolutely amazing. Very great customer service, very helpful with figuring out the simulator. Very clean environment and again, huge emphasis on customer service again. Outstanding, will come back frequently!
A+++++ BEST IN TOWN fantastic fitness center. Has literally everything you need and beyond. Sauna, interval training section, cardio, golf, simulator, free weights, heavy bags, towels, virtual classes, and even sabres/bills game!!
