There are not enough positive words that can truly describe this gym. No matter your first time, your 1000th (you’ll get a banner btw) all goers and coaches support to the fullest. Excellent coaching all the way around from the head coach to the newest coaches. If you’re looking for a gym family, you will 100% find it here.
I died and woke up in heaven feeling sexy as hell.
This gym is top notch! I travel around the country and have tried several hyrox hybrid gyms. This is definitely one of the top! Great people and very welcoming as well.
Rudy, the owner, is incredibly down-to-earth, and the entire staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. With 12 years in the business, you can tell there’s a lot of experience and passion behind this gym. If you’re looking for more than just a place to train—a real community where you can grow, reach your goals, and even compete—this is the place. Highly recommend!
