If I could rate TFS more than 5, I would. More than a gym, it’s a community of great people with the most supportive coaches imaginable.

When a gym has an average membership of over 5 years you know it’s doing something right. The Fit Shop is different to any other gym. You will find a safe welcoming space with excellent trainers, equipment and members. You’ll always get a smile and a high 5 while pushing yourself. With bootcamp, personal training, Pilates and events to step outside of your comfort zone the Fit Shop really is a gym that will move you no matter your age or fitness levels. Cone along and make moving more with friends part of your routine.
Not sure I can put into words just how exceptional this place is. I have been training at The Fit Shop for 10 years now and can honestly say, I have yet to participate in anything but a phenomenal experience.
