I’ve been a Fit Shop member for years. It’s a no judgment gym where the trainers learn your name & support you to be your best from day 1. Truly the best gym on the planet!
I’ve been going to The FitShop for approximately 6 years, and it truly feels like a second home. The atmosphere is amazing — you never get bored, and every workout feels motivating and fun. Kaisa, the owner, is incredible. She’s such a powerful woman, full of energy, positivity, and so much fun to be around. Her passion really sets the tone for the entire gym. This gym has truly become my second home! I've never felt so welcomed, supported, and inspired to work out the way I do here. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always push you to become the best version of yourself. One of my favorite things is that the workouts change daily, so it never gets boring - and the results speak for themselves!
