A great place to work out!
Coach Shanae is absolutely amazing! I started with group sessions which are unique and contain a variety of fun and effective exercises. Now I do private sessions which I find even more helpful. She makes sure my form is on point, works around any injuries and modifies well, & she’s so inspirational! She also recommended a meal service (very busy mom here) so my meals / macros are also on point. Thank you so much for your help in my health & wellness journey!
The Fit Mill is my happy place for sure it’s not a good day until I get my workout at the Mill. Coach Shanae is awesome love her combos keeps my 50 year old brain in check!!

This is hands down the best gym in North County! The classes are so dynamic, I never dread going. Highly recommend!!
