I have been a member here for about 2 years now and was made to feel welcome from my very first class. There class selections are diverse and there is something for everyone. My favorite class is Bounce, Sculpt and Burn. It's a 75min full body workout that includes jumping, weights, and stretching amongst other things. Its fun because it is never the same class twice.
