I have very little knowledge or experience with exercise and athletics, but Jamieās knowledge and leadership have made me feel comfortable and confident. He knows when to push me and when to correct my form, which I really appreciate. Iāve never felt comfortable in a gym setting before, but Jamieās attitude and encouragement have kept me coming back. When my son broke his femur and we finished physical therapy, I was wanting him to continue agility and strength training. I came across the FIT Facility youth videos on social media and signed my son up. My son has been taking the youth classes with Jamie on and off for two years now and has LOVED IT! He looks forward to every class, and I have seen an improvement in his flexibility and strength.Ā
This place is the place you want to be at if you're serious about seeing results. Hands down the best gym experience I've hadĀ
Jamie is super cool and very welcoming, he helped me with demonstrating every exercise we did. A great atmosphere with very nice people! Definitely will be back!Ā
