Michael is amazing! I had a hip replacement two years ago and Michael has brought me back to fighting form. I am stronger now than ever. I highly recommend the fit effect.
Michael is amazing! If you have not followed him on FB or his business on FB you are missing out! He truly cares about his clients not only their physical health but their mental health as well! He also enjoys playing pickle ball which my husband and I will be playing with him in the fall once it cools down!
