The best gym in Perth. Excellent, super friendly, well trained and supportive coaches. Lovely community of people. Can’t say enough about The Fit Co where you can see better everyday. Love it so much.
Fab gym, full of friendly people. There’s enough variety in the group workouts that you don’t get bored and you can easily make it harder or easier on yourself depending on your ability! The workouts are also carefully balanced so you can track your progression for different exercises and personal goals in the strength classes. The trainers are motivating and knowledgeable & the classes are well worth rolling outta the bed for 🤪
Love training at Fit Co! Kids are well looked after in the crèche, the coaches are dedicated and the community is friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
This gym is absolutely outstanding. Incredible coaches and the members are amazing and so welcoming. No ego's, just everyone there to achieve their own goals, whatever level that may be. Also runs Hyrox dedicated training for those interested.
