I’ve been working out at Fit Bodi for 8 months and it’s been life changing! I had been having trouble with my hip so joined to help stretch and strengthen my muscles. I can now walk up stairs with no hip pain. I move easier and have more energy. The trainers all give personal attention with tailored work outs. I love that this is a small class, all women gym. I highly recommend Fit Bodi!
I'm so happy I tried The Fit Body. Trainer Sam and Owner Sophia are terrific! The space is welcoming and the exercise guidance is perfectly suited to each member. I love the small group experience. Highly recommend.
Great place to workout. Great people and great trainers. If you are looking for a place to get back in shape look no further… FitBodi will not disappoint!!
