We attempted to stop for fuel in early June, expecting the dock to be open as advertised. Their website and posted signage both state "Fuel Dock Open Daily 8AM–6PM" with no mention of seasonal closures or exceptions. The day before our arrival, I called with no answer. On arrival day, I tried repeatedly to reach them by phone and VHF (channel 66A) with no response. We arrived mid-afternoon, tied up at the dock, and waited. No staff in sight. Greeted by polite management. This place has a stunning view, neat & tidy property, Experienced the delicious food from Wally Burger,( Food Trailer) on the new pier. Fantastic trip, will definately be going back😊
The docks were great. The staff are not very nice . But we found some great guides at the general store. See the photos attached. We used Jody and Bob.
This place is a RIPOFF! Charged me a night I didn't even stay and when confronted about it they refused to acknowledge it and kept my money! I made a reservation on Monday for Sunday, cancelled it on Wednesday, tried to contact them again on Thursday AND Friday AND Saturday. They then sent me an email saying I did not give them 48 hours notice and were not giving me my refund AS PER THEIR WEB PAGE, BUT I DID!!! They will charge your CC when you book and regardless of when you cancel you WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!! No w... read more
