I chose to order online from this shop because most of the competition for pond pumps are very cheap, powerless products and this shop had a range with a lot more oomph. Also, the reviews are very positive and there is a reason: the owner is friendly, has great communication and dealt with an issue I had very promptly and with absolutely no fuss. I’m thrilled with how my water feature has ended up and highly recommend Fish Works Pond Shop.
Just wanted to thank Miloh (hope the spelling is correct!) for all their assistance yesterday. We came in with an idea for creating a native frog habitat and they were just fantastic. Great knowledge, so patient and made our new set up so easy to create. Thank you! Stage 1 is complete, and we will be back real soon.

Came in with pump not working 4 years into a 5 yr warranty. Super helpful and replaced with a new one the very next day. That's why it's such a great place to get all your fish and equipment !! Thank you
I love this place, if you come here you can get a wide range or healthy fish, aquatic plants for your pond, and anything fish related. Definitely come here as the prices are good and they are very friendly. 🗺️ 🌱
