I chose to order online from this shop because most of the competition for pond pumps are very cheap, powerless products and this shop had a range with a lot more oomph. Also, the reviews are very positive and there is a reason: the owner is friendly, has great communication and dealt with an issue I had very promptly and with absolutely no fuss. I’m thrilled with how my water feature has ended up and highly recommend Fish Works Pond Shop.
Just wanted to thank Miloh (hope the spelling is correct!) for all their assistance yesterday. We came in with an idea for creating a native frog habitat and they were just fantastic. I've recently purchased a large pond and pump with fishworks. Initially I wasn't sure or was confused about what set up to get to meet my needs, so I researched online at numerous local pond dealers, rang around to most of them to clarify prices and to seek advice of what the best set up would be.. most popular places were very miss leading and it was very hard to navigate their website for all the required products. Only popped in to get a couple of plants for my very small fish pond, but they've got it all! Tons of variety to suit whatever kind of fish tank you've got. Good advice and reasonable prices. Looking forward to going back!
