Excellent service and very knowledgeable. He came out promptly, diagnosed the issue clearly, and treated the fish before things became more serious. Really appreciated the professional advice and care taken with the koi. Highly recommend.

Getting a vet for your fish isn’t common, but when our fish developed a prolapse we wanted to do everything we could to help her. Dr Loh was amazing. He came the very next day, treated her, and she’s now doing really well. What really stood out was how much time he took with us.
