Very sad to see the state these fish are living in, I mean seeing the sharks is very depressing. Has a very run down feel and not kept clean.
Dead fish in many tanks, little to no substrate, tanks look like they've never had a water change. Owner didn't know what they use to quarantine.
Not open during open hours.
They sold me an aggressive fish and they didn't tell me that. When I requested an exchange they said no return nor exchange policy. They have not return or exchange policy. Be sure what you buy in that place. They didn't care I told them I want to buy more fishes if they exchange my aggressive fish. I gave them the fish back with NO MONEY BACK, NO FISH EXCHANGE.
