This branch is fantastic. Every personal and business transaction is simple and fast. The tellers know my name. They greet me. They take care of me. They recommend relevant products, like earning 5% interest on my checking account. The customer service is second-to-none. The app is the best banking app I've ever used. Nothing else comes close to comparing. The app is so intuitive. Truth be told, I haven't found a Renasant Bank branch I didn't like. They all provide excellent customer serivce. Very unhelpful staff.
Once they were bought by Resanant, it has become a real hassle to do anything. I am changing banks because of this.
Converted from the First - awful customer service! No issues for six years. Now - new bank, new policy, without regard to customer service or customer loyalty. Will be finding a new bank tomorrow.
My account was unfortunately converted from "The First Bank" to "Renasant". After the migration I cannot access my bank account with the password they told me it would be. I cannot get a response from the bank or bank support. What Renasant bank is doing should be illegal if it isnt already. Its been 4 days already since I've been able to access my accounts. I've now setup a new bank account with another bank and I am looking to close my Renasant account asap. Especially since they are charging me monthly now for this terrib... read more
