The customer service stuff here blows me away. My experience has been very different. I just wanted to talk to someone about my HELOC... First attempt: The phone number on the statement goes to their fax machine. So that didn't work. Second attempt: The maps and phone numbers on their own website don't load in the location provider on the website. Try again...
